BurnBar Terms of Use

Welcome to BurnBar! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BurnBar mobile application and related services ("App"), provided by Leisure Labs, LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By using BurnBar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

BurnBar is intended for users 21 years or older. By using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years old
• Your use complies with all applicable local laws and regulations

2. Health Disclaimer

BurnBar is for informational and motivational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice. Calorie burn estimates and alcohol-related representations are symbolic. Always consult a healthcare provider before making health or lifestyle decisions.

3. Alcohol Representation

BurnBar encourages mindful drinking. Visual representations of alcohol are intended as metaphors and not endorsements of consumption. Users are expected to make their own informed, legal, and responsible decisions.

4. Account and Subscription

BurnBar offers access to premium features through auto-renewing paid subscriptions.

‍

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

‍

● Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, based on your selection at purchase.

● Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

● Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

● You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Apple ID account settings.

● We do not offer refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.

● Payments are processed by Apple. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple.

● We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements and status.

5. Use of Apple Health Data

With your permission, BurnBar integrates with Apple HealthKit to access fitness data (e.g., steps, calories). This data:

• Is only used to support App functionality
• Is not shared or sold to third parties

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Misuse the App or submit false information
• Infringe intellectual property
• Engage in behavior deemed abusive or harmful

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code within BurnBar are the property of Leisure Labs, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

BurnBar is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
