• Email address, name (if account is created)
• Drink or activity data logged in-app

b. Fitness & Health Data:

• With your consent, we access Apple HealthKit data (e.g., steps, calories)
• This data is used solely to power app features and not shared or sold

c. Automatically Collected Data:

• Device info, crash reports, usage data
• Collected via analytics tools such as Amplitude and Apple tools

d. Device Identifiers & Advertising

We collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to measure the effectiveness of our ads and understand how users discover BurnBar. This data is used for analytics and advertising attribution through third-party partners (including Meta). You can limit this collection at any time via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Display personalized calorie and beverage stats
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Respond to support requests
• Process and verify subscription status to enable or restrict access to premium features
• Facilitate secure in-app purchases through Apple and RevenueCat

We do not sell your personal information. We may share anonymized or aggregate data with service providers (e.g., Meta, Amplitude, RevenueCat, Firebase) to operate the App.

4. HealthKit Disclosure

• Data from HealthKit is only used for in-app functionality
• HealthKit data is never used for advertising or third-party marketing
• Users can revoke access at any time via iOS settings

• Request deletion of your account
• Revoke HealthKit or analytics permissions via device settings
